Holding Yard Ordering and Availability

Sterling Landscape is committed to bringing the best quality and value to every project. That’s why we grow our own trees and plants. Not only do we have control over the quality and health of the material, but we’re able to deliver it quickly to the project site for our own projects, and to those of our wholesale customers.

Account Application

If you are not a current customer and would like to apply for an account, simply download the application form. Print, fill it out completely, sign and return it to us at: Sterling Landscape Design and Construction, 4663 Ustick Rd., Nampa, ID 83687.

Terms and Conditions

For those customers not known to us, we require pre-payment until credit is established. Once credit is established, all purchases will be due net 30 days from the date of invoice. A 25% deposit may be required. Overdue accounts are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month. Prices are FOB Nampa, Idaho.

Orders are booked subject to availability.

Additional Fees

Additional fees may be required for special services such as pre-tagging and/or holding plant material.

Product Claims

Claims regarding incorrect counts must be written on the Bill of Lading and all other claims will receive consideration only when submitted to our office in writing within 10 days after delivery of stock. Product claims stemming from damage incurred during transportation should be made with the transportation company.

Product Returns

Plant material cannot be returned once it leaves the holding yard.

Local Delivery

Local delivery requires a minimum order of $300 and will incur a $40 delivery charge. This delivery fee applies to the plant materials only and for the area from East Boise to Caldwell. It does not include equipment, which, if required, would be charged at $45 per man per hour, portal to portal.

Guarantee/Warranty

We warranty stock to be true to name but otherwise give no guarantee as to life, productiveness, losses or compensation.
